We knew what our job was, and what his was from the start. We have multiple friends selling homes in our neighborhood. I don't know any that were as satisfied as we have been with Roland. He worked extremely hard to ensure people saw our home, that he followed up with them, understood their concerns, and came back to us with updates. Selling a home is stressful. Roland put us at ease and kept us up to date, and got the place sold quickly and for the price we wanted. Excellent experience. We could not have gotten a higher level of professionalism and hard work from any other realtor. Roland was just excellent at communicating with us and keeping us up to date on everything.
